• We will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required
• We implement appropriate safeguards to protect PHI
• We report any security incidents as required by law
• We limit PHI access to authorized personnel only

8. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVENUECARE PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification
